AI Ads Studio Terms of Service
AI Ads Studio is an internal advertising and publishing tool operated by Hvalby Digital (enkeltpersonforetak, org. nr. 926 465 821), Norway ("we", "us"). These terms apply to every business or account owner that authorizes AI Ads Studio to act on its Meta or TikTok accounts ("you").
What the tool does
With your authorization, AI Ads Studio prepares and creates advertisements in your Meta ad accounts, reads their performance, and publishes posts and videos to your Facebook Page, Instagram account and TikTok account. It is not offered to the public and has no consumer accounts.
Your approval comes first
We publish a post or video only after you have approved that content, its caption and its privacy setting. New advertisements are created paused and go live only after your approval. You can see everything we publish in your own accounts.
Your content and responsibilities
You keep all rights to your content. You confirm that you have the rights and any consent needed for the content you ask us to publish, including from people who appear in it, and that it follows the rules of the platform it is published on, such as the TikTok Community Guidelines and Meta's Community Standards and Advertising Standards.
Platform rules
Your use of TikTok, Facebook and Instagram is also governed by those platforms' own terms. We use their official APIs only within the permissions you grant, and the platforms may limit, review or remove content under their own rules.
Revoking access
You can withdraw AI Ads Studio's access at any time in the platform's settings (in TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services; in Meta: Business Settings or Business integrations). Withdrawing access stops all further publishing. How we handle and delete your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
We provide the tool with reasonable care. We are not responsible for the platforms' availability, decisions or performance results, or for indirect losses, except where Norwegian law does not allow this to be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
